It was good to have a range of machines in the one place, I got to see a couple of choices and pick something in my budget, I was able to order extra attachments as well which was handy.

In 2011 I decided to buy a used Telehandler. James gave me some sound advice… I then visited Eireka to inspect and test drive several machines. In the end I purchased a used JCB 53595... It was close to Christmas but James still managed to organise freight at short notice and the JCB 53595 arrived promptly and was put straight to work. Instantly I realised that the machine was very well suited to my application. I use it every day, in more ways than I ever thought possible. The machine has been very reliable and a pleasure to operate and maintain. It is reassuring to know that James is available (almost) 24/7 to answer questions and solve problems. The staff are great, they have a genuine interest in what we are doing and if they say they will do something, they do it. James has a thorough understanding of JCB’s and machinery in general. He is a pleasure to deal with and I am getting much better at interpreting Irish and I am sure that he is getting his fair share of Aussie slang. There is no nonsense and he is a man of his word. Eireka had a wide choice of good quality new and used machines at very competitive prices. I would not hesitate in recommending others to contact Eireka and discuss their needs with James.
